I just had my radio re built for a 1976 olds Regency I can not seem to get any sound from the speakers all the connections are original and connected any ideas????

1. Did whoever rebuilt it demonstrate to you that it actually worked before he gave it back to you?

2. Are the speakers known to be good?

 

Is the antenna connected??

 

yes the he tested it. I had the Antenna was connected I traced all fitting's. the radio lights and you can hear it very low. prior to removal when you turned it on you heard a thud trhu the speakers no other sound,
