Question on 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme suspension rebuild kit
Hello everyone, recently decided to think of rebuilding my front end on my 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme's suspension. Found a master rebuild kit online but I am lost on which kit to order due to not knowing if the bushings are oval or round. I will reference a screenshot of the kit with oval bushings. Any ideas if they are round or oval on my year and model? Any help appreciated! Thanks
The only way to know for sure is to check. Only the lower rear bushing would be oval. I heard some cars have had round on one side and oval on the other.

Yeah I figured I'd have to just get to it and find out myself. I'm just trying to have everything ordered and there before I take it all apart. (Reason behind me posting this question.)
Thanks for your input nonetheless sir!

I did my 1972 Cutlass Supreme last year. Mine is pure stock rubber so my replacement bushings for the control arm were Moog K5149 for the lower and Moog K5196 for the upper. Note that for the lower control arm the trailing bushing was oval and the leading was round. Should be the same for yours.
A few tips: You'll need a hammer and chisel to remove these if they were never done before. Also Autozone/AdvanceAuto are great for getting the tools you'll need for free of you don't have them. Good luck!

Reason: Clarity
Using urethane bushings, your car will ride very hard. It feels like your car has stone tires. If your town has pot holes, you're going to feel it. I live in NYC and there's a lot of pot holes and I feel like changing it back to rubber.
