You can buy remanned q jets.
i bought one from rockauto, while its not a numbers matching concourse resto carb, i went thru mine and set it up for my engine and made all theadjustments in the FSM and im happy w it.
right outta the box i might not be as satisfied w it.

You may want to consider quadrajet specialist like Everyday Performance, Cliff Ruggles and have the carb built to your application. I try and stay away from the 75-76 year carbs. GM-Rochester were trying some funky mods they later dropped. 70-74 or 77-79 models will give less trouble if prepared correctly.
