Quadrajet Books

Could I have your suggested readings for quadrajet service, or could you comment on the following books:
1. Rochester Carburetor Manual, Haynes Techbook
2. How to Rebuild and Modify Rochester Quadrajet Carburetors by Cliff Ruggles
3. Rochester Carburetors by Doug Roe

Thanks, Peter

I bought the Doug Roe book back in the early to mid 80s, and it has always been a goldmine of usefulness.

I second the Doug Roe book. Had mine for years and always go back when I have q-jet questions or want to "play" with the carb.

I have both Ruggles and Roe books and they are both really good if you want to learn and understand the Quadrajet. Cliff Ruggles also sells great rebuild kits that include things not found in parts store rebuild kits. I just called to order some things today, and as usual, Cliff will come to the phone and take the time to talk to you and answer questions you have. www.cliffshighperformance.com

I bought the Ruggles book a few months ago on Amazon for around $15. Great book, easy to understand and very good pictures IN COLOR.
