Sometimes a good source for these codes are the reproduction tags that are produced. The little info I found on 70 Oldsmobile radiator tanks used with a manual transmission point to using an automatic trans cooler tank that have plugs in the cooler unlike Chevrolet and Pontiac that had no cooler. Doesn't help you much but probably not Oldsmobile.
