Outside Door Handle Buttons

I'm wanting to rechrome my 70 442 OE outside door handles instead of replacing with repos. The handles themselves are pit free, but the buttons are toast with deep pits on the sides. Does anyone sell just the buttons alone?

I have a whole box of used outside door handles, I'm sure I can provide a decent/pair of originals to rechrome if you want?
