Which manual breaks down bumper and exterior accessories installation 72 Cutlass
Is it the Body by Fisher manual or another that shows proper hardware and mounting locations for exterior pieces (bumper, light housing, chrome trim, etc)

That information is contained w/in the official document (manual) name is the 1972 Oldsmobile Product Information Manual (PIM) aka The Factory Assembly Manual.
