according to 442.BRO.com the W is carpet. The 304-A is Fawn colored cloth bench seat. He has several examples of trim tags with the S like yours, but I've not found what it means yet. That site has a lot of information about 1965 Cutlass/442's.
These earlier data plates have been for the most part been able to be deciphered. That particular letter however has not been fully addressed. There is a way with a letter in that position to tell if you have a true factory W30 for 1967.
