interior arm rest bases 1964 Dynamic vs Cutlass F85
OPG lists a 15" front door armrest base for the 1964 Cutlass/Skylark/Rivera. It looks like the same part in my Dynamic 88, and mine is also 15". Is there a difference between the armrest bases for the F85 Cutlass versus the B body GM (Dynamic 88)? It's a 2 door/convertible
Check the Chevrolet section and see if the Impala armrest is same part # as Cutlass. If it is, it should fit your Dynamic. Impala and 88 are B bodies and should share interior parts like this.
I don't get why these parts vendors don't understand about parts crossover between GM platforms. Only thing I can figure is they're hedging their bets on parts returns.
I'm using Impala armrests in my '63 Dynamic 88.
They match perfectly with the originals.
Window cranks and interior door handles were also the same. Impala vs. Dynamic 88..
I got armrest pads and bases for both my 62 F82 and 67 Delta from Hubbard's Impala Parts. I was able to match up my old ones with their repros at their truck at the Carlisle swap meet.
