Ignition Coil Resistance Specs

Is there an online source of coil specifications for various makes of coils.

or specifically

where can I find the specs for an ACDelco E552C coil.

The spec for my 1970 455, from the CSM is:
primary 1.77 - 2.05 ohms
secondary 6.5k - 9.5k ohms

Is this the spec for the current replacement coils being sold?

Perhaps someone knows a link that will answer your question. But I'll just point out that, since this is a DC resistance measurement, any simple multimeter can do it. Go to your local AC Delco parts counter and ask to measure one before you buy it.

Having said that, I'll cloud the issue by telling you that the turns ratio is equally important.
