My 66 F85 assembly manual is missing the second page in the front index. This would be the second page in the entire manual. Could someone please PM or post a decent scan so I can add it to mine? Thanks much.

It is the table of contents in the front that tell what pages everything is on. I have the first page but the second page that has the B’s is missing. I was looking up where the bumpers were and it was gone. I think the page number from Olds is 0.02.
If this doesn’t help let me know and I’ll see if I can narrow it down for you.
