Does anyone have a pic of the wires attached to the heater fan switch/heater control unit I can see? The top spade does not have a wire and the fan won't run and I can not find a wire to use there.Is it a hot wire? If so i could splice into a hot wire to go to the switch.Also,how many decals go on the fan shroud on a 72 350 4bbl automatic? I have seen pics of one to 3 decals,and where on the valve cover is the decal placed?Are there any decals inside the drivers door jamb? Thanks!

What are the colors of wires you have on the switch?

Not certain about the decals. I do know there is supposed to be one ont he door jamb with the VIn and stuff. Also I know there is supposed to be an emission / tuneup label on the shroud.

1. Decals on fan shroud? 0 All decals go on the rad top plate or rad support. You could have a coolant servoce decal (left side) on the rad support close to the rad cap. There's also a decal seal for the rad cap. Decals that go on the rad top plate would be the one for cooling system and one for the emmissions decal.

2. Assuming you are talking about a 72, there are no decals on the VCs
3. Decals on the door jamb - No, but there are decals that go on the rear inside of the door.

The blue gm production decal that has the VIN and the GVWR. Front / Rear. If the car was a Canadian export it will also have the Candian certification (985) sticker. Some people put a blue reflectorized GM sticker on the door

Not that easy to see bu the decal closest to the engine is the cooling system decal, the one closest to the front is the emissions, the one to the left is the coolant inspection. The air cleaner has the 350 rocket and the AC Delco cleaner info.
