Having trouble taking the Throttle cable off my olds 307
I’ve been working on getting this engine out so i can swap it out with a 455 but im stuck on taking off the throttle cable

Lift that little tab on the retainer clip and slide it forward. Then the disk should slide off the pin.

Lift the tab and slide the retaining clip forward until the post slips out.
