I'm fixing up my olds, as usual, and the guy I bought it off of a few months ago didn't have all the vacuum lines hooked up. The major stuff was hooked up, but the smaller ones to the a/c what not and everything are either broken off, plugged, or non existent. Anyone have a diagram or a few diagrams they could share?

 

Pages 14-30, 14-31, & 14-32 of the 1961 Oldsmobile service manual (2nd edition) show the hose routing for the A/C & heater. The first is for A/C with no heater; the second is for A/C with the standard heater; the third is for A/C with the deluxe heater.
