1972 Cutlass, 350. There is a rubber hose that runs from the fuel standpipe assembly tank to the emission pipe. The service manual (page 8-7) indicates there is a "restrictor in vent hose assembly from tank to emission pipe". Can anyone tell me what this "restrictor" is because I do not see anything visible on this hose or attached to this hose. Thanks.
