Emblem I.D.

Anybody know what year, model and location this emblem is for? Its brand new and beautiful. I will be putting it up for sale as soon as I verify I.D.

EMBLEM, front "Rocket", 1.75" pin to pin,
mts to curved surface? "402243 " backside
69-70 All exc. Cs-S or 442.

I found this on a spreadsheet that Chris Witt had put together.
