door trim removal

i have a 69 vista does anyone know how to get the metal trim off from around the door windows without bending it all up ?

well dammit i tried the wooden dowel thing got 1 piece off wasnt pretty going to leave it alone,(dont need anymore grey hair lol) and polish the trim up and tape it off and get it ready for media
