Determining if 45 or 39 degree with intake off

Not sure if this is correct but seems right don't know if this pic is on this site or not.

Do you measure between the red lines? What are the measurements? If they are there I can't read them.

The 39 degree looks like it has the same measurement on three sides the 45 degree is thicker on the top then the sides
