DECODING original options for the car

Is there a link or reference for decoding all options that came on my car. Here is a pic of the plate

The cowl tag doesn't list "all" the options on the car, only the ones that affected Fisher Body. You won't find any info on the engine, trans, suspension, brakes, etc on the cowl tag.
