dash / gauge lights replacement

Hi,

Can one replace the turn signal, brake, oïl, etc bulbs without removing the dash on a 69 Cutlass ?

Yes, but you have to climb up under the dash. The bulbs are held in quarter-turn sockets on the backside of each of the three dash pods.
