Cutlass 1968 - missing cowl tag?

Cutlass 1968 - missing cowl tag?
Hi
On my cutlass i'm missing the cowl tag by the firewall. But the vin tag on the dash is correct. The car was repainted in the states so i guess it got lost over there.
But is there any chance that I can buy a new tag? I did find someone that reproduce these on ebay, but I don't know all the numbers that should be on the tag..?

What model is it?
What interior did it have?
What color was the interior?
What was the exterior color(s)
Where was it made? (what's the letter in the VIN?)
If you have the above information we can give you a pretty good idea of what the cow tag should have on it
BTW, Oklahoma is the only state that has a problem with you altering the cowl tag
