Question Correct application for unkown nut?

Title sounds odd.

Any idea as to what these are for? It appears they may be black oxide nuts - 8 of them.

Depending on their size, they could be A/C condenser rubber insulator nuts. There should be 2 on each of the 4 mounts in front of the radiator.

Also used on the front of fender lower brace & on the 8 track player mounting studs.

Wow! thanks for the quick replies

'ah64pilot' - I recently change out the A/C condensor insulator bushings (with new nuts), so these were left over.

And, now I have some ideas to re-purpose them.
