Clubhouse forum
This may be a dumb question, but in order to participate in the Clubhouse forum, do you have to "friend" other members first? I have NO experience in Facebook, Twitter, etc. I am quite new to the ClassicOldsmobile site and I am "feeling" my way around. It is such a huge site, it's a little intimidating to the "non-technical savvy" person like myself!
Thanks,
Paul

Snort.

For clubhouse access there is the application form ,and then if accepted, the mandatory probationary period, and if you pass the dreaded "Test" the even more feared secret initiation ritual. The initation involves a Bigfoot/Yeti/Sasquatch and Flying Monkeys, all I can tell you, and that was too much.
You'll need to sign a notarized release with a witness and discuss it with your doctor first.
The only rule is not to discuss the only rule, plus religion, politics and putting Chebby engines in Oldsmobiles... unless it in the cold, barren, desolate no man's land of the the non-Olds powered Olds sub forum.

We also have the "He Man Woman Hate Us Club" that this fine gentleman Redgoat heads up.
Then there's the "Cha Cha Woman That Hates Us Club" limited to all active female members/ Cha Cha aka "Sandy".
Can't forget the "Land Yacht Club", to join that you have to put a mast and sail on your full size Olds, fly one of those party flags with the champagne glass and couple dancing on it, and get less than ten miles a gallon.

And after all that, theres the secret handshake and password which you cannot divulge under penalty of a slow painful death and loss of first born child (choice at our descretion), which by the way changes daily. Then if accepted all noob's have to buy us all ice cream.
