Carb info help

Hi! Just picked up a 7040257 Q-Jet for my '70 442 auto convertible. All info on here says this is the correct carb the combo I listed. Here are my questions?
1. Some sources list correct A/T codes ending in even numbers, yet '70 455 w/oai auto comes up as above? What gives?
2. I think I have right build date, but 1240 denotes 124th day of '70, correct?
3. Here's where I'm confused: UL listed slightly spaced from "7040257" on the body, but after letters"UJ". Sources show this as plant code, but which plant? Fir car or for carb?
4. Where the heck does one find the decoder for these letters?
Thanks for the help!

Feh. They weren't consistent.

Yup.

A photo may help clarify what you have, but "UJ" is right.
