Anybody know if this is an Oldsmobile part?
I was sorting out small parts, and ran across this part. It is about an inch long and 3/16 inch wide. with a point on the threaded end.
Thanks for your help.

does not look familiar to me, at first I thought convertible top part, but no only part remotely close to that is curved, the hook.

That is a pedestrian sight.
Goes in the hood of the '67 4-dr A-body cop car.
Helps guide the driver to the pedestrian that needs to be run over.
Not used much nowadays.

That's Right, It was a California option only.
I will hopefully get this to someone who is restoring that rare one!

Idle fuel adjustment screw for something? It's rare to have anything ground to a point without a purpose.

What it is?
It looks to me to be a trim screw, such as for interior window or seat trim, with the head broken off.

Either it's a dickfer, or it's a hex shoulder bolt with the hex cut off, and the tip ground down.
Either way, I don't think it's a Olds part.

I have had my hand on every part of a 1966 442 - never seen this part as it looks. Might be a broken piece.

On better inspection, this looks like the broken end of one of the starter bolts.
