Anybody have a 1970 Toronado service manual...
Yep. Need one to do repairs- rather than ask every day for help on a problem. So I'm told.
Still looking. Or ebay next week. Would rather give a member money rather than another person just selling online.
I don't like going in blind on a fix. I prefer to have the step-by-step instructions. So sue me. A lot of guys are gifted in such matters-I am not.
Like a buddy of mine who 'fixes' something and always has parts that were removed that are then not needed on reassembly. Or he never gets it back together properly.
He would say, ' if the turtle never sticks his head out of the shell he never goes anywhere'. And when he was done I'd say, ' look: another turtle got his head chopped off'.
But hey, what do I know?

Lynn Davis in KS has reprints of the 1970 E-body factory assembly manuals too. Not essential but nice to have. Get the 1970 Fisher Body manual too, it covers body procedures and wiring that aren't always in the CSM, notably power windows and such.
