Another Data Plate Decode Question

Good morning everyone!
I am hoping for a little help with my data plate.
I have looked around at the other Data plate decoding posts and found some of my needed info, but not all.
Can someone help me with the interior codes 930 and B80?
Also, what are the additional numbers at the bottom that i am not seeing on others? (021187 and 130296)
Thank you in advance!

ST 71 = style/model year = 19971
34487: 3=GM division=Oldsmobile; 44=model series=442; 87=body type=hardtop coupe
Z = assembly plant = Fremont CA
00067 BDY = Fisher body number (has no relationship to the vehicle identification number)
TR 930 = interior color & front seat type = black with bucket seats
B80 = option = exterior drip scalp moulding
53 B PNT = lower body color (53) = saturn gold; vinyl top color (B) = black
08D = time build code = August (08), fourth week of that month (D), 1970 (this is an early build car)
021187 130296: These are numbers unique to the Fremont assembly plant of which as of now no one has broken the code!

All any of us know about the arcane Fremont numbers is that they're tied to the car's job order and build sheet, and without the build sheet/broadcast card you can't figure them out.

Fortunately Fremont usually left the build sheet in the car somewhere. Find it and, if the job order numbers on it match the data plate, you should be able to figure out which Fisher body options the car came with.

Did I mention that sometimes the build sheet for a different car got left in them? They WERE building all four Divisions' A-body cars on the same assembly lines, and there's at least one Fremont Skylark known to have an Oldsmobile data plate. Everything is correct for a Buick, but its plate says "Oldsmobile Division" right across the top.

Thank you guys.
I was worried that might be the case.
Unfortunately I don't have the build sheet.
I have reached out to the GM Heritage folks to see about getting one, but I have read that is a fruitless en devour?

Thanks again!

Legend has it that the "Brainiacs" at GM legal, sometime in the eighties, decided that these records could somehow be a liability in a lawsuit.
They ordered all divisions to destroy all production records, which they did.
With one exception, Pontiac.
A guy by the name of Jim Mattison was supposed to destroy all the records that were on microfilm.
Jim, however, squirreled away Pontiac's records from '61 thru' 79 in his garage.
In later years Jim established PHS from which you can get a copy of the billing sheet for any 61 thru 79 Pontiac.

See the section "Buick VIN Documentation" at Sloan Museum

The GS Historical Society (Wayne Roberts) has the 2nd half of the 1970 records.
This is why it's harder to fake a 1970 Buick GS Stage 1 then a W-30
