Are these G body Cutlass?

They look more like they're from a B body. Note the offset on the mounting. That's for the HEI clearance on the back. I'd suggest those are from 74/75 Delta/98?

Definitely from the mid-1970s, shortly after the introduction of HEI, as Allan noted. I can't say for sure they are from a full size, but 74-75 is about the right year.

However, if you look at you pic, the hole in the air cleaner appears almost dead center - same with the lid. The one in the pic that rktolds posted is considerably eccentric.
