71 W30 Valve Covers
Hello all,
Wondering what valve covers came with the 71 W30 4 speed cars. No A/C or power brakes, so would they just be standard valve covers with no step down in the covers? The motor I have came with old Mickey Thompson covers and I would like to replace with original.

All 1968-1972 Olds A-body cars with BBO got the two notched valve covers. This was unrelated to whether or not the car had power brakes or A/C. Keep in mind that there was a dealer-installed power brake option.
For completeness, the 67 cars got one notched cover on the driver side.
