Changed out my old single traction ring and gears, trying to put auburn posi unit in with 373 gears, can't get posi to go in without locking up when fighting caps down, gear meshing, can only put shims on one side, anyone have a clue??????

 

Depending on the existing gearset, that 3:73 may require a different carrier.
