Thanks! Im assuming your fan is not turning on, just be sure it's not switch, fuse or wiring related before you R & R the motor. Good luck.

You know its running but making noise so I wanted to take care of it while i got it down to the paint shop. Since Im going to have to pull an inner fender Id rather do it before I lay some fresh paint on the outside.

Yeah, this is usually caused by the fan coming loose on the motor shaft. Unfortunately it's the same amount of work to get to it, so put a new motor in while you have it apart.

My thoughts too Joe. Called RockAuto and have one on the way for a value on 25.00ish. How could you go wrong? Do it right once!

Guys, just a report, I finally got to the shop yesterday to get my blower changed out. After some thought, and the fact it is stripped down pretty much already, I simply removed the whole fender inner/outer. That gave me a huge space to go ahead and change my shock and coil on that side and got my wheel bearings repacked while I was at it. Overall, very productive day......

The fan's bearing was going btw Joe so I was happy I went ahead and had a new unit to go back with. P00F! Noise is gone. Thanks again guys.
