68' Dash Clock

I have a clock that needs repair or and blub replacement, Can someone help with the best way of replacing the blub and or repairing the clock with out removing the dash cover?

You can get to the bulbs from the back without taking the dash out but it's a heck of a lot easier if you remove the front seat first. All the gauges can be carefully slid out the front once the two screws are removed that hold the housing. I use a thin butter knife to ease them out so you don't mess up the dash pad
