Wondering if the bracket that connect to the chassis is the same between 68 and 69 for front and rear

I looked up past for sale pics on CO and the front and rears are definitely different from 68 to 69, I don't know if you can make them work. My gut feeling is the front bumper support tubes will only work with one or the other

FWIW rear 442 bumper brackets are a little different from the standard Cutii ones on the 68 or 69's. They have a mounting tab for the exhaust hanger

Part numbers are different for brackets on both ends for 68 and 69, and as Mike correctly points out, 442 is different from lesser Cutlii in the rear due to the tab for the tail pipe hanger.

As others mentioned, the 69 442 rear bumper bracket is unique and is different from the non-442 rear bracket. I do have a pair available

Thanks for clarifying. I just need the standard Cutlass brackets for front and rear as mine has some rust spots and I am changing over to a new chassis

The rear 442 brackets work, you just pay a premium for the exhaust hanger tabs....lol

Which is what Olds did on the 1970-72 cars.
