68' 442 Headlight Surrounds

68' 442 Headlight Surrounds
I have a shop manual on CD coming but in the meantime, does anyone have the procedure for removing and installing the headlight surround assemblies? I attempted to pull them last night but it looks like I might have to drop the bumper to get them out. I can't imagine that is correct so I'm asking before I disassemble the entire front end.
