Heard a rumor. 64 65 Buick special inner fenders are the same as 64 65 F85 . Can any one confirm?

Not sure but I'm interested.
Although finding those could be trickier than Olds pieces.

The 1964-65 F85 inner fenders are the same P/N (588624 RH, 588625 LH). It's possible the Bufords use the same parts, as the wheel openings are very similar. The feature line on the side of the car is higher on the Olds, however, so there's a little difference in the wheel opening in the lateral direction. Unfortunately I don't have access to a Buick parts book.

Dont think so there are a lot more 64, 65 specials around than F85s

Hummm,,,,,, dont remember I did post on the Buick Forum asking for the part numbers. If I get the numbers and they match the ones provided by Joe I will let you know
