Hello, my 1964 Starfire carb is missing the tag, but I believe itīs a 7024051. Letīs say itīs not mint
For sale nearby from where I live is a 7023054 which I believe is for a 215cid engine.
What would I need to do in order to use this carb or is it even possible? Are needed parts available? Is it in anyway worth it?

The 4GCs used on the 215 have smaller bores than do the ones used on the 394. You do not want to use that carb.

I have a very nice 64 Carb for sale. It's in mint condition and has had a top quality ethanol resistant kit installed. Contact me @ pchopesq@aol.com
Thank you for all your help so far. I will forget about the carb for sale, thanks Joe Padavano.
Iīve done the rebuild now for a couple of times. I did a really stupid, amateur mistake.
At some point when taking it apart and putting it back together again, I somehow lost track of the original fuel bowl gasket that sat in there.
As you all know these kits come with a huge variety of those gaskets and Iīve now been experimenting with a few.
Maybe thatīs my problem, does anyone have a picture or something to help me putting the correct one in?
Iīm also missing the small spring on the secondary float "arm". Number 82 on pic I believe.
Nowhere to be found a special spring like that.
