1971 442 Misc Parts Finishes: Which is correct?

Thanks for reading my post.

Can you suggest what finish should be on these parts? The car was built the third week in May:

1. Clutch Z bar

2. Clutch Z bar support bracket.

3. Back drive linkage support bracket.

4. Hood latch

What I would do (you will get a lot of opinions)


Z bar is detail gray


Z bar bracket is semi gloss black


Back drive linkage support is Cad silver


Hood latch should be the lighter phosphate gray

I thought the latch housing should be gray phosphate. The inner workings were gold cad but it would be very impractical to break it apart.
