How many amps do you need? A stock CS130 with 105 amps is available from RockAuto cheap. More than that and you're looking at aftermarket.

Benny:
I got a 160A CS-130 alternator from TuffStuff; it has high-output rectifier diodes, a special "iceberg" finned rear housing for better cooling, wider 10mm rear bearing, & high-output stator. Cost me $175. You'll need to upgrade the charging wire and the ground wires to at least 4 gauge to handle this kind of current. Here's a pic and a spec sheet below.

Benny:
A CS-130 has a slightly smaller frame size than a 10si or a 12si but the mounting points will match up to your stock brackets. It's a metric unit so the attaching hardware will need to be metric, but the 2-3/4" long thru bolt can still be a 3/8 bolt. I've attached a dimension spec sheet.
