1967 delta 88 antenna
Pretty cool that your car has a radio delete plate. Or is that "block-off" plate (I know some guys get sensitive about the terminology!). The typical antenna on your car would have been a fixed mast on the passenger side front fender. On the big cars, I think the mast would be located very close to the edge of the fender, a few inches ahead of the A-pillar post. But 67s are not my forte, so if you want to know EXACTLY, best to ask someone with one to measure for you or even create a template. I think its kinda cool your car didn't come with a radio and made it all these years without one, and say you should not go drilling holes at this point (just this man's opinion). Maybe you can put a "stealth" XM setup in the car, haw haw?!
I guess I'm partial...I actually searched for far and wide for a radio delete plate for my '65 Jetstar and put it there in place of the AM radio that was in the car when I bought it. I think its cool. But you should of course do what makes you happy, even if it means drilling holes in the poor thing, haw haw!
Here's a pic of a car that was recently on Ebay, a 98, but should be the same placement on your car:

As for the front end of the 67s, I've heard them described as having a "cow-catcher" nose, kinda like on a locomotive.

Here's a photo of the dash on my '67, which came with a radio. There is more than just the radio in there if you remove your blank-off plate. There is a piece of trim that has recessed cutouts for the radio. Two round ones on each end for the ***** and a rectangular one between them for the center part of the radio.

You know, you might actually be in a better position with your blank-off plate, if you don't mind cutting it up. One of the problems with putting a modern-day, aftermarket radio in cars of this vintage is that this was before the era of standardized, "DIN" openings, and the only way you can get a modern "single DIN" radio to fit is to cut out the metal around the **** and center part openings to create a clean, rectangular opening. With your blank-off plate, you could just cut a rectangular opening of the size necessary for a modern radio. This is, of course, assuming you don't mind having a non-original look.

I know you can get aftermarket antennas for radios at places like Best Buy and Radio Shack. Unless you can get a template to drill the hole for the antenna perhaps it would be better to buy an aftermarket antenna and put it in your trunk. I know I would hate to drill a hole in the fender of my car and miss the mark by a fraction of an inch.
There were two locations for the radio antenna for a 1967 Delta 88. The first was the right front fender.
The second was the right rear fender with the power antenna option. I'll include pics as soon as I get my
camera back from my wife who happens to be out of town today.
