Does anyone know what a 66-67 battery cable tube looks like and the dimensions

 

Check in with Brandon Reynolds on this forum. I gave him some dimensions on a tube for a 66 Cutlass. He makes some but not for a 66-67 yet. What do you have?

I believe I have a 66-67 battery cable tube looks like its 7.5 long and about 1 inch diameter with bracket I asked Brandon but he wasn't sure what it was

 

I found the dimensions I gave to Brandon. Understand I measured thetube in my car as it wasn't removed. Overal length was approx 6.750". The outside diameter is approx 1.455". The slot for the clamp is approx 1.000". The clamp slot sits approx 4.000" from the top and approx 1.750" from the bottom.
If you have a 66 Cuttlass/442 assembly manual you will see applications and part numbers on page 12-2.13. There are two different part numbers for the tube, with three different applications. There are three different clamps based on applications.The three applications are if I am reading it correctly as follows, synchromesh/fourspeed on 442, synchromesh, four speed V-8 and heavy duty manual transmission. I would send you a copy of the page but my scanner is inop.
According to the previous owner the engine in my car was rebuilt in 1983 and everything was put back together correctlyI have tried to take a picture several times but it is buried to far back to see clearly.I hope this helps.
