I don't think there is one for 64. However there is one for 65 and the cars are probably 95% identical. You can get 'em on ebay. Shouldn't be more than 20 bucks.

^^^This. There is no 64 Assembly Manual that's readily available. I got a 65 manual and it's more like 75-80% applicable. There are a lot of one-year-only items in the 64s that are not covered by the 65 manual.
