1960 Oldsmobile Super 88 heater vacuum lines

So I recently picked up a 1960 olds Super 88 Holiday Sedan (4 door Hardtop 4 window) and being my 1st pre 1964 vehicle I noticed the heater control panel are plugged into vacuum hoses and not cables and my heater does not function and I hear a hissing sound under the dash when engine is running obviously a vacuum leak. Can anyone help me get the heater operational? Maybe a bad blower relay? And a leak? If you need more information let me know thanks

Wow that's exactly want I needed! Thanks for those images of the vacuum diagram for the entire heater system. Is that In the chassis and body manual? If so I need to purchase one ASAP. Thanks for that

The images are from the 1963 Oldsmobile chassis PARTS CATALOG .
A free download is available on this thread ;

However , the shop manual is probably the best investment you can make . Originals can be found on E-Bay ;

The chassis and body manuals are combined in one book for 1960 .
