The Holiday Sedan was the most popular with 37,358 made. It weighed 3,959 lbs and was priced at $3,330.00 Tranny options were a 3 spd,or 4 spd manual or the new Turbo Hydramatic. Most buyers went for the auto and paid the extra $242. Hope that helps.

good stuff!
is there an online source for this information?

Also, is there such thing as an owners register?
Basically I want to try and judge the rarity of my car here in the UK.

I know there's a couple of 2 door 1965 Delta's over here and a 98, but think my Holiday Sedan might be the only one!

Don't mean to hijack the thread, but 442much seems to have a good source of information. Could you tell me how many 1967 Delta 88 Customs were made? I haven't been able to find that anywhere

The 1967 Delta 88 Holiday Coupe was model 5487. Base price was $3,522 and it weighed 3,975 lbs. 12,192 Custom Coupes rolled off the assembly line in 1967.

Dan I don't know of a Delta registry but that doesn't mean there isn't one. The info comes from our old club newsletter. I'll have to check where it came from originally.

I would suspect that any 1965 Delta registered in the UK would be quite rare. It's possible that your car was brought to the UK by a Canadian or US military man being stationed there, unless you specifically saw it for sale and brought it over yourself.

I didn't import it myself but have the paperwork from the owner that did. it was an english guy who worked for granada TV in san francisco who was working a 6 month contract in the states. He bought it as his daily driver for the time he was there and loved it so much he brought it home to the UK in 2004. I bought it from him in september 2008 for double the money he paid for it!

From what I hear, your personalized plates could cost more than the car.
