Does anyone know whether it will be possible to have a car entered in both? The H/O event - from what little I can find on the net is showing to be from July 21-23 and OCA is from July 19-24. Will both events be held at the same place in Kingsport? Thanks.

Here is what I found out today.

Each club (H/O & OCA) will have its own registration/banquet.

The H/O host hotel and OCA host hotel are at different locations. The two locations are close and a shuttle will run between the two host hotels.

H/O club will not have a separate judged show.

H/O cars and OCA cars will be on the same showfield at the OCA host hotel.

Although non OCA registered cars will be on the showfield, only cars registered through OCA will be judged.

Interesting. My car won't be ready for anything, but I'm really considering making it there without it. I like the idea of them being combined, as trying to take vacation for two of them isn't possible.

I just hope it works out for me to get there, as Bristol/Kingsport is the closest it's been to me in several years. I'll probably be driving a Grand Marquis, but, what the hey...


Yah, I know, I have almost a year to get an Oldsmobile ready. The old Gray Ghost wagon might could make it that far.
