What is everyone running for their intakes on 455? I am thinking about the Eddy Air Gap but not sure if I will have enough clearance. Any input would be helpful.

It is going into a 1969 Cutlass Supreme. Thinking about using a Lunati Voodoo Hydraulic Flat Tappet 268/276. I replaced the flat hood w a double hump 442 hood. 3.42 rear end gears. Not sure what kind of HP I am looking at yet.

[/QUOTE]Not sure you why you are wanting this intake? Are you going to bracket race or just for looks?The regular performer is good to around 5500 rpm maybe a little more and is a good street intake.The performer has no hood issues that i am aware of.

 

For your application I would run a Performer.
