Happier than a pig in $#%@

Since I was a little kid looking at car magazines I dreamed of building a car that makes it in one. Based on this message from someone that shoots ink for some major magazines my dream my happen in the future.

"You've got a car that's got the right color, look, and combination of great parts and good old fashioned hot-rodding putting them all together. I'm excited to see how it turns out. It kind of parallels a chapter in my Galaxie's life, when I pulled the already-painted body apart to restore the chassis and underside, so I know the routine well of sandblasting the bottom of a car without trying to scratch the top side. It's also a big red rag with a black top. Anyway, I'd love to shoot a feature on yours when it's on the road. We should stay in touch on when our paths might cross"

That's really cool! Your car is stand up and you should be especially proud doing all the work yourself, now the real fun starts.

Good thing it's a convertible, if all goes to plans your heads going to get really big and you'll be able to put the top down for more room.
I would look like a Macy's Thanksgiving day parade balloon.

That is cool. We already have the whole story here so we are really lucky as I doubt a magazine would be able to include as much script and as many pictures as we have on you thread.

Fantastic Richard

No one deserves it more than you.

Don't forget to add pics of your sanding assistant to the article.

Thanks guys ...Things are still a ways away and lots of work to do still but it is encourageing. He did not see me here. I hang out on a few other boards where there are some pro built cars that make mine look like junk. I am honored he is even paying attension to my build.
