I'm looking for a 455 block no rotating assembly just block and caps, the motor out of my boat i recently bought was cracked....what can you expect for a buck

 

If you ended up with a good rotating assembly for a buck ($1 or even $100) you got a fair price. Hope you find your block.

 

I have a bare block with caps, slight ridge but not bored, no bearings were spun either. It was just a regular 455 out of a '72 Delta 88, not abused and it looks like oil was changed regularly. I just wanted the crank out of it. Shipping is the problem and cost unless you are coming through Albuquerque NM.
