In looking at a '67 CA built 442 body tag, I just added a long list of RPO's to a tab in my PN database
so far I only have '67, and a few '68-9 RPO's on the list. For the most part, one imagines, the same RPO code meant more or less the same thing across several years, but new ones had to be developed for example when disk brakes became available.

Contact http://www.gm.ca/gm/english/shopping/parts/vintage and they will sell you a break down of options, dealership where car was purchased, numbers imported to Canada and a host of other information. I think it's $100 and it's information specifically about your car. Good luck.

I already have GM of Canada documentation for my w30 and my 69 442 hard top it gave me a list of what my car's came with, just didn't no why GM in the USA didn't put any options on the body tag like CANADA'S GM plant did

They had that piece of paper to add options with
When they were done with it, it got tossed.
They foolishly believed they were just building transportation machines, not special things about which folks would later argue the exact shade of silvery gray used on the wheels, the percent gloss of the semi-flat black used underside, the amount of overspray to be found on the mufflers, etc.
