What's the deal with the Security Token

I am having trouble uploading attachments to this site due to an "invalid security token". Anyone have an idea as to what i need to do to resolve this issue?

Toss your cookies for the site and re log in and try again.

The pictures are too big they need to be resized.

x2, if your pictures are more than 100kb they will be rejected and that weird tech speak token thing will pop up. why they don't just say your attachments are to large is beyond me... Tedd

The "Missing Security Token" message means that the site can't find a cookie that it expects to find, probably a session cookie that times out if there is no activity in an hour or so.
