Need a Measurement
Need a Measurement
My car is in storage and I bought a pair of doors from a member but I need to know if they'll fit in the back of a Chevy Trailblazer (rear seat down). I need to know the measurement from the bottom of the door to the top of the wing window on a 68 (or any post car will be close enough too)
Thanks,
Thanks,
I know that can be done. The bolts usually break and the lower adjuster bolt has to be backed off to fit it out of the door. I know the seller just wants to get rid of them and for what I paid he shouldn't have to worry about having to unbolt them too. I'm not picking them up myself and I don't want the person doing me a favor to have to do any more work either.
Mike, you could also slide them in at a 45° angle to the floor? That would reduce the space requirement by a fair margin? Sort of like fitting drywall through a window on an angle.... Good luck with the doors - hope they work out well for you.
Thanks Allan
I bought the doors for the vent windows. I'd like to get a set re-chromed without having to take mine off and likely end up waiting months for them just about the time I want to drive my car.
